Since the company’s establishment in 2011, NEI has been working with farmers to cultivate vanilla and other crops that are used as raw materials for natural extracts, in order to satisfy world demand for natural flavors, while improving the livelihoods of small-scale farmers in the region. This is the story of some of the first farmers who embarked on this journey with NEI.
